Review for Summerchase Apartments

I lived in a furnished unit during the first quarter of 2009. For $1400 per month i expected a bit more, I was disappointed. The unit was dirty when I moved in, and very run down. The TV was broke and the washer would only run correctly on about every third load. Five maintenance requests later the washer is still messed up and I imagine the poor bastard who came after has the same problem. The common walls were thick enough that I did not hear my neighbors, but the drunken hooligans carry on in the parking lot until too late at night. There were also times that there were suspicious vehicles that cruised the parking lot usually near dusk. If you are looking for furnished apartments go somewhere else. My back is still screwed up from the shoddy mattresses in that place.
