Review for Colony Apartments

The security here was awful. My apartment was broken into 4 times, and the management was unbearably rude and told me there was nothing she could do about it. Refused to give me the number to corporate to complain. Walls are paper thin. Can here EVERYTHING, including each individual step taken by the residents upstairs. Maintenance was awful, and very creepy. Would always stare. Apartments were poorly maintained and nothing was cleaned when I moved in. Fitness area and playgrounds looked abandoned and dirty. Nothing was ever clean. Management could care less about the residents, all she wanted was the money. Rent is ridiculously overpriced for the living experience. "Luxury" and "Gated" however, everything was mediocre and the gate was always broken. There was never a parking spot available near my apartment building. My assigned parking spot was on the other side of the complex. I was charged several times for "pet waste clean-up" outside of my apartment when I do not even own a pet. Please think twice before moving into the slums. Look around the internet, PLENTY of awful reviews can be found.
