Review for Courtyard Apartments

This place is a dump. I've never seen someplace where the electrical sockets are all uniformly too big, so you can't plug anything in. The swamp cooler blows nothing but hot air and when you live in Arizona where it's 120 degrees in the summer it's unbearable. The bathtub always floods if you take longer than a 2 min. shower. There have been drunken brawls in the parking lot and gunshots at night. The staff is unhelpful, and despite being on a month to month lease and giving 30 days notice, i was told they won't except my notice because they only accept them on certain days, and that was yesterday, i have to wait another month! It's defiently over priced.
