Rented: From 2008 To 2008

Apts. are nice. Just as noisy as others though. I noticed in the winter with a lot of snow it seems like they keep it plowed, but it is still icy. As for the steps, I noticed that tenants are shoveling off the snow themselves.
As for the rest of my stay so far I would highly recommend it. I do like the set up of the apt and I feel safe.
I do wish they had washer and dryer hookups and air conditioning. I also wish the rent was cheaper for low income people.
The maintenance people are wonderful. Anytime I have had a serious problem, they were there to take care of it and
a few other problems have been no more than 2 wks.
