I moved in in August with high hopes that since its college oriented it would be a good place to party on the weekends, wrong!!! everyone in the complex is really rude, or mean as well as people constantly calling cops for noise complaints on a saturday night (not sunday morning)! Also The apartment looks like complete ----!! There were holes in the wall, the thermostat didn't work (in Flagstaff thats a really important utility) burns in the carpet, blinds that were broken, broken bar stools and plenty of other things that were wrong with the place. The management is the worst thing i have ever seen. The owner Chuck is the most unprofessional land lord i have ever rented from. He curses at you and jumps to conclusions and overall is a low life that probably didn't finish Jr. High.
In conclusion NEVER RENT FROM WAVERTREE!!!! I would rather be homeless than live here again!!
