Review for Oregon Oasis Apartments

For almost a year I had to fight with neighbors and their company for my assigned parking space, I would tell the manager and all she says is to call the tow company she gave me the number to. I did and they don't come and the don't work at night(I work nights and this is when the problem happens). I was almost late for work a few times, she says she would talk to them but I never hear any feedback on that. There is drug use here and selling because I see my neighbors do it. I tell management but again I get no feedback. Laundry is hard to do and expensive, she is never in her office when I need to put money on my card, we go out to a laundrymat now much cheaper. We had no waterheater for 3 days and we had to have it hooked up right before we could use it. She brought a fridge with broken shelves, we delt with it, because it was to get the heater. Carpet was not cleaned good I rented a rug doctor to do it myself. Now that we are moving she is being very nasty with us, the new apt. manager needed her to fax info. and it took her a week to do what would take 10 seconds. Plus she is making us pay a whole months rent for the 2weeks we are staying here. And there are other small problems to many to key in but I would never come back here again.
