Nice But Not Without Its Problems

its new and nice, but my nieghbors are super loud at nite with parties and music and i have had nothing but problems with the office enforcing that. also little things are done cheap, my A/C is broken and not running more often than it is working, which is huge when its super hot here in AZ.
