Review for Country Club Circle Apartments

Please take a look at the other low-income apartments across town off of Sandretto Drive before coming here. The apartments are called the Pines and are very nice and well kept.

The current landlord, Cory Koistenin, negates anything decent this place had going for it. You move in to broken fixtures, stained carpets, leaking/screeching faucets, running toilets, ripped-up carpet, holes in walls, etc. She has you sign a unit inspection paper which is supposed to house all the info about the condition of the apartment. Only she doesn't let you fill it out so when you move out, anything she feels like fixings comes out of your paycheck.

She will give you an eviction on your record if she feels you were not a good tenant. Nothing gets fixed, she is never in her office and assumes responsibility for NOTHING. SHE is allowed to have pets, however, you are not. She allows a woman to have a violent [I know this by fact] pitbull as her 'assistant dog'. I have been threatened many times NOT to contact the property management company if I have a concern or 'there will be problems'.
