Be careful of what you sign, they will use it against you upon move-out. They will not put in writing the amount they will charge you for cleaning - it is up to them and the cleaners how much to charge after you move out. Please video tape the place before you move in and before you move out - pictures are not enough. If you are a home owner do not let them rent it for you - they do not hire professionals to do any repairs, but will charge you as though they did.
