Review for Casa Del Sol Apartments

These people misrepresented themselves and stole my money. One day I went to Cottonwood and was shown around the property by a young woman who told me how much the rent was but didn't write anything down?! I reserved one of their handsome apartments. On move in day, the rent on the lease was $200/month more than what was verbally quoted to me. With the rental truck and movers in tow, what was I to do? So I signed the lease. We checked out the apartment before we started moving everything in and it looked as if whomever had been there previously, had just moved out that morning. Now my head was spinning. The movers had another job to get to and the manager was insensitive to what was going on. I decided I didn't want to live in such a place and left. I went to a hotel to figure out what to do next. The manager kept my money order and I missed the job interview I had scheduled for that afternoon. A happy day turned dismal. Then I got a lawyer...
