Bad Walls And Bad Bugs

Rented: From 2006 To 2006

Do not get an apartment on the first floor. Spiders and bugs are definitely a problem. They have pest services, but it is still a problem, especially with the sewer roaches. Make sure to check your cell phone reception as I had TMO, Verizon, Alltel, and AT&T all with problems. I had people living up stairs and I could easily hear them walking around, opening their drawers, pulling out their chair. Bad walls.
