I could hear my neighbor through the roof. There was a leak that they would never fix in my ceiling from my neighbor's air conditioner. My bathtub wouldn't work correctly. But, for the price it was alright for a college kid. My upstairs neighbor, on the other hand, had all her problems dealt with immediately.
