Review for Gladiolus Estates Apartments

I have lived in this place for about seven months now and I hate it. The apartments are very cheaply made, which they over charge. The land lords are extremely lazy and never do anything, but when they do they half ass it and then never come back. They were supposed to replace my door knob because it did not lock, which you do not want to leave your door knob unlocked in this place, and all they did is put a closet door knob on my front door! The other renters that live there act mostly like young teenagers with an over sized ego. They usually stand around outside and either play music, or thats what i think they call it, as loud as they can, or they try and pick up girls, which i would not be surprised if most of them have never had. Most of them do not have jobs so they are always around and never leave. Car alarms are going off constantly, either because some wanna be hard ass s loud music set them off or because some one is getting their drug money. There are a few good people who live here, but i m sure they hate it as much as my girlfriend and I. Speaking of that she has witnessed a man covered in blood take his girlfriends money, forcefully, while being high off heroin(most likely). We have also seen people break down herion (which is a very popular drug out there) on the hood of their car. If you like a drug infested place filled with egotistical, loud neighbors then i say this place is for you, but if you dont... then i suggest you leave jonesboro.
