Rented: 2007 To 2008

That applies for most apartment that are manage by national property management but Arbors of pleasant valley is the worst. The parking is a big problem,the managment is dishonest, the maintenance person a tall bald hispanic is a complete idiot. I work with contractors who have to live in different city for contract and usually take 6 months lease in those apartment. I don't recommend the arbors of pleasant to anybody. The noise is also an issue, guard dogs from one of the commerce behind the complex are left out all night and bark non stop.
