I lived at the Arbour while building a new house. While there, I whitnessed a drug deal in broad day light, read in the paper that a meth lab had been busted IN MY APARTMENT COMPLEX, and overheard every conversation and noise including bathroom malfunctions that occurred in any of my neighbor's apartments. If you are considering this as a place of residence - run the other way, unless you don't want to sleep - ever and need easy access to your dealer.
