Review for Olive South Townhomes Apartments

There is a security gate surrounding ENTIRE property and only 8 townhomes in the culdesac... 2 bedrooms and 3 baths for 600-650$. I love living in townhomes and I love living here. Any one with a family knows what I am saying when safety and security is your #1 priority. I have lived here for a year and a half now and have had no problems whatsoever. These have got to be one of the most peaceful places I have ever lived in..... And some other added key benefits is the diversity.. 4 white and 3 black and 1 hispanic! Wonderful diversity...and all working mature adults.... No one younger than 25 renting here and only one family (mine) has kids younger than 18. The maintenance is excellent... I had a stopped toilet and my air conditioning went out... Management offered to put us in a hotel while the air was being fixed for 3 days!!! Sometimes I cringe at the price but when I think about my complete sense of peace, the safety, the family environment, I wouldn't change a thing. You cannot hear through walls, NO bugs at all and only 8 people live in this block... You just cannot top all of that..... Not to mention excellent management (you have the manager's cell phone number!) and excellent maintenance..... I came to this site to search new apartments as I am relocated out of town soon and I didn't see any ratings for my new city, so I decided to go ahead and rate!

One possible improvement: Management should offer an annual special, clean carpets, 200$ off rent or something like that.....
