Well Ive lived here for a year now and one of the biggest problems I have seen is canopy parking spot stealing. Drives me crazy when peoples friends come and have no respect for others. Another thing is the prices. A one bedroom apartment with no washer or dryer runs at 410$. When someone tells me they are renting a two bedroom for 375$ I know Im overpaying. They do have scheduled maintenance but they are terrible at fixing the washers and dryers!
