This is one of the best places to live and raise a family take it from my family who lived there for almost ten years. The management is absolutely remarkable as well as extremely friendly always looking to make sure that the tenant is content. These apartments are ideal in location because they are conviniently located close to many stores, the Valley plaza mall, school, and many other places. The nieghbors are very friendly and children are given alot of open ground to play with others and interact. These apartments are placed amongst a very quiet neighborhood and very few times are there noise issues or crimes occuring around this area. If you are looking for a place to live in Bakersfield this is really one of your best bets, you won't be let down!
