When my family lived there it was a jail cell no painting no pets and could not have guests for no more that 2 weeks and if someone was visting with you they could not be there for no more that 1 week it was a mess there I need some things replaced nothing at all you had to wait a least a month or two to get something done so i would not live there again at all the land lord is mean all the time.
