Review for Birchwood Apartments

They will take you for all you're worth and will continue to make your experience living at the property as terrible and as they can. They will cause all your food in your refrigerator to spoil, you will have human feces from the apartment above yours and they will not give a single care. They will try every way possible to evict you from your apartment though you are a very respectful tenant. The maintenance will swear in your apartment and leave it dirtier than you have ever had it. There is no parking and even though it states the parking is for tenants only, they will not do anything about it. You will move out of your apartment cleaner than when you moved in. Please do not live at any property managed by The Timbers. The office staff is not kind once you move in though you may feel that you will have a pleasant experience living here.

I definitely agree, I lived at the Timbers and am very happy to be moved out!
