Beware there are several insect infestations in these apartments and the management doesn't seem to do much to control the bugs. Also, there is little parking for visitors and the washing machine has only 3 washers and 4 dryers for the 64 unit complex. In general the people here are ok but there are known gangs that roam around and police are a constant presence. It's cheap here but with drawbacks.
