This apartment is good for family or students that the enviornment is very quiet and closed two supermarkets. One is Save Mart, the other one is Safeway. Also the bus pass through the Alvarado Ave. It is really nice place.
It provides hot water, so tenants don't pay gas fee, and it also cheap for laundry ($.75/wash, $.50/dry). The repair speed is quickly and residents and manager are friendly.
