Do Not rent! You will have roches and mice. And of course mold every where. The manager never fixes anything and the owners dont care if the place is falling apart. The manager will promise u everything to get you to move in and then do nothing for you. The manager will pocket your money for the credit check as he wants cash and is open about it. If You do move in take pictures of everything and write evetything down and date it. When you move out again take pictures and make sure you have wrote down every dealing you have had with the manager. Get Rec. for your Rent other wise they will say you owe them money. Get use to the health dept. coming and seeing peoples apt. People should not be allowed to rent such a DUMP!!!!
