Its true they are the worse Gustavo and Cynthia Cinseros. Cars get scratched and when you complain they don't do anything about it. They are never there in there working hours the office is always close that's why they don't rent the apartments. When you need something because you need a fix or you have a complain about something don't bother to look for them at there apartment you knock and they won't open they say" that the owner doesn't pay them for the extra hours, so why open".they Never go around the apartments to check if things are okay. they never speak to the residents. And when its summer time they don't allowed children to be jumping in and out of the pool if he sees that you are jumping he kicks you out of the pool.or he'll just open the pool to his favorites.that's why residents move out and don't last.
