i lived in this place only for 6 months, once myu contract was done, we found tons of roaches and it didnt matter how clean or how much raid we sprayed each day, it was very noisy and 75% cholo population. Olga the russian manager was very nice but she wasnt there permanently, Jesus the maintenance guy was a very friendly person but the complex is too big for only one maintenance person, it took more than a week so they could go see the leak in my tub and it came reflected in a very large water bill.
