Review for Maroa Park Apartments

I have lived here since March 08.The appeal of this place when I moved in was that it was a bit more upscale and quiet.I was told by the manager that noise was not a problem in her community and that excessive noise from stereo systems and parties violated the lease.Maroa Park has since changed management companies and since then I have noticed qaulity diminish.The property manager is still the same and those things are still spelled out in the lease as violations but dont expect the manangement to help if you have a complaint.I had some less than great neighbors move in next to me and since then I have had trouble with the following.Stereo Bass shaking my walls.Shady people knocking on my door at night mistaking my apartment for theirs.Late night parties with lots of cursing wall banging and door slamming.The manager tells me I have to call courtesy patrol but courtesy patrol is not very courteous The dispatchers are rude and they ask for your apartment number.The callers apartment number is none of their buisness.And when I ask management to enforce the terms of the lease they say there is nothing they can do and that it is all a part of apartment living.I have to be accontable to Maroa Park for paying my rent for the full term of my lease.Why then should they not be accountable to me in dealing with problem tenants in accordance with the lease.Dont rent here I will not be renewing when my lease runs out.
