Rented: From 2003 To 2006

I have lived at Palomar Terrace for over 3 years. I had a great unit and the staff especially the maintenance guys are very fast in repairing/fixing your unit. It is a safe place to live. I never had a problem there with noises and neighbors. As a matter of fact I am a returning client of them. I am just waiting for a unit to open up for my family to live there again. I definitely recommend this place.
