when we left grand terrace took all our deposit. the reason is because they supposedly found pet urine. we were there for 3 years and never had a pet. and the carpet supposed to be new when we first moved in.

so either they lied about the new carpet or the pet urine. either way it seems like the management at grand terrace will take your deposit.

in conclusion if you want to lose your deposit go ahead and rent from them. make sure you dont clean like crazy and expect to get something back. my friend got $8 dollars back...

everything else is okay.
