Rented: From 2005 To 2009

Lived here for a while and moved into several apartments in the complex. At first when I moved in it looked like a war zone with all the construction that soon took place but this place needed a face lift. After the construction dust cleared and a new company took over the place bloomed. The courtyard is spacious and comforting to get some sun. Metro trains and busses zoom near but it is realitively peaceful, but it's a city remember! Office staff and maintence staff are awesome. Big T.V.'s and washer and dryers are available in all newly leased apartments as well as an offering of accent wall colors too. Rates vary like the stock market...so get it while you can. Awesome place to live and it's only walking distance to the aquarium, movie theaters, shopping, bars, tattoo parlors,etc...
