I really like how quiet the complex is. The maintenance man is so polite and courteous. Some of the new tenants that have come in the last few months are a little bit louder then most of us are used to though. I guess my only real complaint is the new girl they have running the leasing office is sooooo rude. She is so nice when you are looking for an apartment but as soon as you sign the papers that all goes to hell. She doesn't even have enough courtesy to get off the phone when you walk in her office. I'm sure they will replace her soon though. Overall the property is very safe and i definately recomend it to people.
