The Worst Apartment Complex!

This is the WORST Apartment complex I have ever lived in. There was a homicide in the neighborhood while I lived here. The apartment complex itself is old and falling apart and little work is being done to maintain it. The Management staff is unresponsive to complaints and requests, instead resorting to threats of eviction to subdue complaints. The paint is chipping, the windows are loose in the frame, and the walls and floor are so thin and flimsy that you can hear every movement of the neighbors on all sides. When a neighbor runs a garbage disposal, the entire apartment shakes. But the worst part about it is that the tenants and the managers are completely unresponsive to complaints or requests for improvement. TERRIBLE!
