Stayed at 11265 Morrison St. Apts. for 15 months. The stay was uneventful until I decided to leave. I walked through the unit with an office representative, and was told everything looks good. Two weeks later my deposit was returned less $200.00 for painting. I never hung a picture, scratched the walls, or did anything to justify new paint. When I called, and complained to the office person I spoke with, in a moment of candor, stated, "They do that to everybody."
