Review for Foothill Courtyards Apartments

Safety - I never felt not safe here unless I was up late at night alone watching Cold Case Files or Ghost Hunters. It's a gated community, but one gate is left open to visitors pretty much any hour of the day. Camera surveillance took care of alot of my worries in that matter a long time ago. I've lived here for about a year and nothing bad has happened here, at least that I've heard about, during that time.

Parking - Aye*Okay! The staff actually combed through their tenent list and took alot of time making sure each apartment has a parking space as close-by as the setup would allow and they did a good job.

Office staff - Awesome. I don't have a single bad thing to say here. Everyone on the staff here lives here as well and each and every one of them is always polite, professional, easy-going and friendly. I have heard that they aren't allowed some of the privledges that the tenents here are and frankly I think it's unfair. Whatever these nice people get paid, it's probably not enough.

Maintenance - Could be a little more timely, but not bad by any means. My oven quit working right after I moved in and instead of just fixing the old one, I got a bright shiny new one! Yaay!

Condition - The first apartment I saw had literally just been moved out of, so I was unimpressed by what I saw to say the least. I was then shown a second apartment that had just been finished and was ready to move into. Everything was perfect and believe me, after many years of renting crappy apartments you learn how to pick a place apart. I would advise anyone looking at apartments here not to judge them by how careless previous tenents treated them because they do a pretty thourough make-over here.

Noise Level - Other than normal everyday bottom floor apartment sounds from upstairs and the rare noisy child, it's super quiet here and I slept during the day. I was hardly ever woken or disturbed by outside noises.

I would definately recommend this apartment for someone who likes a laid back atmosphere at home and doesn't really host too many parties. The tenents like to keep it quiet here and I'm pretty sure they want it to stay that way. This is a very nice place to live.
