Review for The Boulevard Apartments

When I first came here (2003), the staff was quite nice, but the managers changed over time. At 2009 the manager changed and now I think it is an absolutely horrible apartment. It is just because of the manager that most of the apartment is not worth it at all. You have a car-port which is ok, but they removed the storage so you'll have to put your boxes inside your house since they will charge you for putting the boxes on your balcony. They'll even charge you a fine for putting your BIKE on the balcony. Do you really want to keep your bike inside your house? Where are you going to put it? The safety at the apartment is also horrible. I happened to be chased at the apartment while moving some boxes from the no-longer-there storage at the!!! And it did not happen once apartment! It happened once to me, but it also happened to other people...THREE TIMES!! I would have rated the office staff a zero, but the lowest I could rate was a 1. They may have fixed the outside but they surely did not properly fix the inside! Inside are termites and pipes leaking inside the wall! Some of the apartments still haven't been remodeled and that means there is still asbestos on the ceiling which means you will be risking your life against the asbestos if you get a apartment that is not remodeled. I feel so foolish to know that there were other apartments that are cheaper AND look better than here! Beware of this apartment! So if you WANT a headache and no money in your wallet, go to this place. But if you had to choose between living here and living in a hotel, choose the hotel, it is a whole lot prettier, cheaper, and I'm sure the safety there is better than this place.
