Rented: 2006 To 2009

This used to be an AWESOME PLACE to live. Lots of UCR students, lots of fun, very friendly people. Everyone knew everyone and it really felt more like a community due to the way it was managed. Now they have taken that away and it's going to be more like the gestapo took over. Don't rent here.
