Review for Sandpiper Apartments

At the moment they are renovating the apartments to make them look more appealing. However, it's the people who make the apartments look terrible. Especially since they make it obvious of how filthy they keep their place by looking at their balcony. The maintenance is a joke. We've asked them 4 times to fix something and they haven't. The first two times they kept telling us that what we asked to be fixed, wasn't even broken at all!! The people who live here are beyond rude. So far my neighbors consist of abusive parents who love to blare loud music late at night. Even management can see that the apartments are starting to look tacky. They have sent out fliers asking residents to "please do not put up blankets or sheets as curtains. If so a fine will be issued." This place was a last resort for me because I go to college full time and it's what I can afford right now. Live here only if you have to.
