Review for Ballantyne Apartments

I live in Ballantyne, when I first rented I made a verbal agreement with the leasing agent for something. Now they are trying to tell me I'm in violation of my lease and are trying to get more money from me. Talk about bait and switch! A verbal agreement is just as good as any. They are in violation of their end too, they promised computers that work, Starbucks coffee every morning from the cafe in the office, and grills with gas in them and that hasn't happened. The office staff is horrible. Especially since the new manager took over. There have also been several break ins / vandalism to cars and the workout room etc that they didn't report because it would be in the paper and give the complex bad review. I will not be renewing my lease. It is supposed to be somewhat of an upper class luxury apartment, I don't know where they are finding their tenants ESPECIALLY since it's in Centennial but they are probably offering bottom of the barrel rents to some lower class folks. Some of them are really questionable!! I don't pay this kind of money in rent to be around questionable type people. The shady tenants are probably the ones that are breaking into cars and stuff. The office complains about the tenants a lot, the monthly newsletter is more like a bitch fest. They have no room to talk, I see the entire office outside smoking while people are waiting for them. Don't get me started on the maintenance staff. They act pretty inappropriate around the young girls at the pool. I will say no more but use your imagination to fill in the blanks.
