This property rental company of sketchy. They look for any way to make extra money from charging you for small items that should be covered. They charge you a rug cleaning fee as well, no matter how clean you leave the rugs, and they aren't upfront with all of the extra charges they lay on you to take out of your deposit! WATCH OUT!~

NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! They are horrible, completely sketchy and think that it's OK to treat the tenants like crap. You are their first priority until you sign with them, and then BAM! You are on the backburner NO MATTER how important something is that needs to be fixed. Then charging you for wear and tear things, that don't even make since and you can't legally be charged for (light bulbs being burnt out). The best advice I can give anyone that is thinking about renting from them is, DON"T, and if you do then know the Colorado laws and mark EVERYTHING on the check in sheet BIG and SMALL.
