Review for Tifanny Apartments

I had to sub-lease the Apt. because there was an influx of roaches and i kept seeing mice in the 6 months. I would say that they need more maintenance people. The head maintenance guy is a pretty nice guy. The leasing agent needs to keep up with her dispatches. Its not worth paying $400. I have had problems frm the begining. The neighbors are mostly Mexicans and they are respectable. However the noise level is excrutiatingly enoying. The insulation for the cold is not bad at all. Just the building construction really sucks
