I had a co-signer and they approved my renting and then the next month they changed thier mind and charged me a second deposit!

There is no dining room whatsoever. So, you must eat in the kitchen.

Extremely small living room. Barely fits a loveseat and a bookshelf.

The ceiling and floors are so thin that your neighbors can actually hear your phone conversations. So, don't expect to play the TV at normal volume.

The management is very two-faced and rude. I had a very small crack in the lower part of my windshield of my car and they towed it, then charged me $85.00 for towing!

I also put a bag in front of my door one rainy night and the manager came and threw it in the dumpster before the morning, then charged me $25 for "dumping"! What makes them think it was trash, and why did they trow it away I wonder?

They do accept children. But I warn you, that the noise will most certainly cause problems for other tenants. Remember, the walls are very thin!

Every couple weeks, the management gives 24 hour notices on your door the night before that they will be entering your home to inspect or for so called routine maintenance.

You are forbidden to replace the cheap shower heads with a nice ones of your own, as they will immediately remove them.

There are no shelves in the bathroom.

There is storage for each apartment. But you are not allowed to use it.

You are allowed only one car in the parking lot, even if you have two driving adults.

No matter what they will tell you, they stick by every word of their lease, and if you are one day late for rent, it could cost you tons! Because they are very tricky in the wording of their lease.

I would not recommend renting from these people. Nor would I recommend them to anyone you care about. They truly don't deserve your money.
