I chose this place because the rent was affordable and the location was convenient to school and shopping. After living here for some time, I have to say I really enjoy this place. The staff is always very friendly and maintenance has always been done in a timely manner. My one bedroom apartment is just the right size, and the neighborhood is fairly quiet. I am glad I found this place and will stay here until I am done with school.
