Review for Progress Park Apartments

My wife & I move in Feb. of 2001. We are still current residents & enjoy living here. We use to live in a 1 bed, 1 bath home & was paying 700 a month. Yes, you will have break downs, at times noisy neighbors, & slow maintenance fixes, but I do not know of anyplace that doesn't. In the past years we have made friends with our neighbors, and when they have left, we have found out that most of them left for family problems or trying to live closer to work or family.
Progress Park Apartments is an exceptional three-story apartment community that has been professionally managed over the last two years. The property is clean, well maintained and is nestled against Progress Park, which makes this a quiet residential community. Tenants pay gas and electricity. Additionally, Progress Park Apartments offers residents an updated laundry facility,(1 load, wash & dry $2.25) storage lockers, ample parking, (both street & private) and a location that is surrounded by employment centers, shopping, restaurants, transportation, and recreation.Landscaped Courtyard for visiting, (with a charcoal & propane grills). 1 Bdrm/1 Bath w/Balcony, No. Units: 2, SF: 580, & 1 Bdrm/1 Bath, No. Units: 27, SF: 580.
For those of you that have left in your opinion a bad review, I am sorry that you felt that way. Yes, at time several managers chose not to care, but there have been many you have tried to care & quickly try to resolve any problems. Not everything can be solved in 5 minutes, if it was that easy then there would be no problems. They have new management, & new owners, & are trying to get the apartments vacancies filled, the problems fixed, the complaints resolved, & the residents happy. But it will take time.
