Not A Good Location Anymore

Rented: From 2006 To 2006

When we moved here in 2006, it was a great neighborhood and had fantastic people working here. The apartments were sold in the summer of 2007 and it has gone downhill ever since. Outside lighting is rarely working, there is trash and junked items in the yards and outside the dumpsters all the time. We had damage in our apartment last summer caused by another tenant and the repairs were never finished. Supposedly this place is being renovated. We've had a fresh exterior paint job that sticks out like a sore thumb. Awful color scheme and missed patches. We also got new windows, but lost shrubs and bushes that were giving us privacy. Rents are going up more about 25% for new tenants. We can't wait until our lease is up.
