I looked at a ton of crummy apartments in Longmont, especially on the east side of town. This one is in a nice area of mostly houses. As soon as I walked in I noticed a huge difference. VERY clean, new paint nice pictures on the walls etc. The best I saw for my price range (About $600) Nice lady manager although the management company,PMP is a bit cold. I'm HERE!
