Review for Brisben Waterford Place Limited Apartments

I moved into the Waterford Place apartments in August of 2007 and since moving in have been pleasently surprised by the community. I moved in expecting the worst I had become used to living in a house and was nervous we would be dealing with a loud party community and I had a 6 month old baby to worry about.

The first few months were not really that great I had a noisy neighbor above me who even after several complaints to the leasing office just wouldn't be quiet. After they moved out it was a totally different experience the apartments are nicely built and are great for families.

The only downside I have seen are the children who run around outside without any supervison. I understand children should play but I have seen them openly destroying newly planted trees and several times found gum stuck to my window of my car, a glue stick smeared all over the hood, and a cigarette burn on my bumper of my car so I am not sure they know right from wrong. I would definetly move here again I just learned to make sure to keep an eye on my car.
