Rented: From 2008 To 2008

Cops are here ALL THE TIME. Tenants are allowed to play music as loud as they want until midnight on weekends - even though city law only allows it until 10a.

Apartment complex reserves the right to enter any apartment any time they want. Even if you are there, they require you let them in and "inspect for leaks" or threaten you with eviction.

I have no problem with giving them reasonable access but if they don't plan on working in the unit, they should not need access at 3pm on a Sunday - during a football game.
