Review for Champions Park Luxury Apartment Homes Apartments

We lived here for almost a year and broke out of our lease early. Rent varies from person to person with no rhyme or reason. We paid over 1000 a month for a 2 bedroom/2 bath apt. The manager is sexist so you may not have as much of a problem if your a male. Currently we rent a 3 bed/2 bath townhome with 500+ more sq ft for less than 1000/mo! We noticed craiglist adds that they were posting for 200 dollars a month less just after we signed our lease. The pool is nice but there is only one for all the units. We wanted them to update our apartment before we moved in and they did not. We were also a couple days late with our rent once because I went into LABOR early and the manager did not care and still charged us almost 300 bucks in fees. You can find a better deal! Our apartment wasn't that nice for more than 1000/mo. I've rented "luxury" houses for around the same price....these are a rip off!
