Great to look at, horrible to live in. They have had roofers for the past several weeks hammering and banging away - and we never recieved a notice on which days they would be working on our building. Maitenance doesn't clean anything, trash all around for weeks after high winds. It is a Dorm room. A bunch of college kids, drinking, and smoking all days and hours of the night. Tuesday night at 3 am, can't sleep. Parking is awful, they have gates but never use them when they should. Can't wait to move
