Review for Alara Greenwood Village Apartments

I am a resident here and i didn t had any good experience since the first day with these guys.The office personnel are not at all professional as they didn t even offered us a chair during the entire 15 minutes we were talking with them about renting the apartment. Whatever NOT A BIG DEAL!!!( trying to think like that)Set up automatic rent payment online through their website and was charged ABOVE $30 as convenience fees and they didn t even mention that in their website anywhere about the fees.Comeon!!!! if its 2 or 3 bucks or even $5 is OK!!! but 30+ dollars per month is NOT OK!!!!!contacted live support online and reported the matter to the rep named "Michael", he said thats a luxury that the property offers and you have to pay to use the luxury. What BS??? I make all my bill payments online and never charged 30+ service fee. Even if they decide to do this BS, they should at least mention it on their website as the service is NOT FREE. They charge $3.50 + 3% of the rent as "Convenience Charge".THAT S A LOT OF MONEY GUYS!!!!I said i was surprised to hear this and he said not very many people get SURPRISED BY THIS. I told him i will definitely put review about this online and he replied " EXACTLY, HAVE A GOOD DAY"!!!
And one more, I been here for more than a month, and they haven t given me a copy of my lease contract as they promised(making lame excuses for that too). SO PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU CHOOSE THIS PLACE!!!!
