Overpriced for what you ultimately get: a shabby apartment with your typical neighbors-who-are-ridiculously-loud. I never had any trouble myself, but I never felt safe in the area. The good part is that superintendant lives in the apartments, so he is always availiable and working on something, but that doesn't mean too much in your day-to-day living.
